I have an HP8720 printer. I went online today to see if I could actually email a file to my printer & have it printed. When I signed into my hpconnected.com account, it was showing that my printer is HP8727. This is incorrect. I don't even know what a HP8727 printer is. My printer is HP8720. I don't know how to change this online.
I did try to send an email to my prnter with a file. My HP8720 printer did print the file. But I'm still baffled that it lists my printer as HP8727. Is there a way to get that changed?
