HP Envy 15 x360 ed1250nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can not find a possibility to set 44100 playback frequency both for speakers and headphones. I see only 48000 both 16 and 24 bit.  Tried clean Windows install and installed driver for Realtek device from HP Support Assistant. No change.  My current Windows version is 20H2.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time that you were able to set  4800 output?
  • Could you please share the picture of the speaker properties screen?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

  • No

  • I believe I tried that when applied all updates to 2H20 Windows Update to standard HP windows instllation
  • Could you please share the picture of the speaker properties screen?
  • Sure. Will post it later. Anyway, only 48000 24 bit and 48000 16 bit seen... for speaker.
