Can my sleekbook have a new audio driver [altec lansing with dolby advanced audio] for win10 ?? because after upgrade my dolby didn't have sound effect... thank's
this is my sleekbook specs:
AMD APU A6-4455M, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, ALTEC Lansing with dolby adnvaced audio, 15,6" monitor screen

I read your post about the Audio Driver issue, and wanted to assist you! I understand that after the Windows 10 upgrade, you no longer have sound on the system.
To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook? Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:

Based on the information that you provided, it seems that the Hard Drive may be failing, and needs to be replaced. As far as making a claim for your Hard Drive, you may consider contacting HP Phone Support for additional options. Please use the following http://www.hp.com/contacthp and create a case for your issue and contact HP. If you live outside the US/Canada, please click the link below to get the contact information for your region.
