I have bought the Laptop 2 months ago & the volume of laptop currently was much lower than audio at day 1. I have tried audio check already but it's not helpful.
suggest some solutions

Try this Once
1. Open Control Panel & Select SOUND
2. Right Click your Speaker (usually with green Tick named- Realtek(R))
3. Under Advanced at the last untick 'Enable Audio Enhancement'
May be its helpful
Its working with my Laptop so may work with Yours also
