Product: HP Elitebook 640 G9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

after replacing the Mic with cable kit in EliteBook model 640 G9, the mic is not working. after reinstalled latest drivers and Win 11 also. it is not working. what might be the Exact hardware/Software issue. 

Note: custom OS is working fine with Dell Laptop and not making any mic Issues.
