Hi,
I have an HP 250 G6 notebook.
S/N: [edited]
Product ID: 2SY44ES#ABU
The audio was working fine until a day or so ago. Now I am unable to get any sound at all. I have tried to troubleshoot through Windows, to no avail.
I looked on your website and downloaded / installed the available audio driver for W10 ver 1803, but it does not resolve the issue. Please can you help?
Hardware ID info is:
