Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

My audio distorts (rattles/buzzes/vibrates) between 400Hz and 1000Hz.

I updated windows, audio and BIOS drivers.

I've sent the computer into HP support twice and both times they replaced the speakers and performed extensive troubleshooting. The fans were replaced.

It sounds like something is loose in the case.

Any suggestions. How do I get them to send me a new computer? This one is new and treated very well. Is this a common problem with the Spectre?

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
