HP Recommended

Hi, randomly when I turned on my laptop it said that my laptop speakers no longer had input. So I contacted windows who told me it was an HP issue and I downloaded the new updated drivers but they don't show up in device manager so I can't get any audio from my laptop. Anyone have ideas on how to help?
