While playing any video either through media player or while watching on YouTube. my laptop's Audio and Video pauses and resumes automatically.

Drivers for Audio/Video are up to date. Tried restarting laptop, but nothing works.

It works fine for 2-3 minutes, if personal intervention is done like pausing the video and resuming etc. But again after 2-3 minutes, it starts pausing automatically.

It was working fine earlier. Issue started 3-4 days back.

Plz suggest if someone knows the solution.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

--->>> Send screenshot

 

(3Please report your results
