Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot figure out how to resolve the common audio issues for this laptop. I hear cracking and static, and the volume changes randomly, even though the set levels remain the same. Very distracting while watching YouTube, for example.

 

This laptop has an Intel processor (i7-11800H), but I've tried the AMD audio driver uninstall solutions, deleting all realtek audio devices, uninstalling the omen audio control panel, removing and reinstalling drivers, uninstalling DTS devices from the device manager, etc. nothing has worked.

 

I currently have the following relevant devices in the device manager:

 

Speaker (Realtek (R) audio)

Driver 10.0.22621.1 - Microsoft

 

Intel high definition audio

Unknown driver - drivers from HP product support page do not resolve this

 

DTS audio effects component

Driver 1.10.19.0 - DTS

 

NVIDIA High definition audio

Driver 1.3.39.16 - Nvidia

 

Realtek(R) audio

Driver 6.0.9414.1 - realtek semiconductor group
