HP Recommended

I am experiencing an ongoing audio driver issue on my HP laptop, and despite trying several troubleshooting methods, the problem remains unresolved.

 

I have already attempted the following steps:

  • Ran the Windows audio troubleshooter.
  • Updated the audio driver through Device Manager.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the audio driver.
  • Downloaded and manually installed the recommended audio driver from the HP support website which kept failing.
  • Restarted the system multiple times.
  • Checked Windows Update for any pending driver or system updates.

Unfortunately, none of these methods have resolved the issue, i can't find Realtek audio anymore in the device manager, and my audio is still not functioning.

 

I would appreciate assistance in diagnosing
