HP ZBook Studio x360 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got a new ZBook Studio x360 G5 with Windows 10 preinstalled and when i play any audio, the volume keeps going up and down randomly (while the volume bar actually remains the same)

I tried to do these 2 things that seemed to work for some other users with the same problem, but didn't seem to work for me:

- Volume Control -> Speakers -> Enhancements -> Deactivate all audio effects

- Control Panel -> Sound -> Communications -> Do nothing

Any idea how to fix this?

My problem is finally solved with this setting:

-Right click on the speaker icon next to the clock.

-Open "Playback Devices"

-Right click on the Speaker and select "Properties"

-Under the "Enhancements" tab, check "Disable All Enhancements"

Is there a way to disable the enhancements permanently? Everytime i restart the laptop, they are enabled again..

It's been a month now and this is getting pretty frustrating.. Isn't there a solution?
