Hey there folks, first time posting here.

To summarise my problem, i've just updated to the most recent driver routine updates and suddenly my audio has started sounding weird. It's hard to describe, but it feels like it's tanked in quality and the sound is headache-inducing as it feels like there's no distinction between the bass, mids and top-end. I can't really describe it in technical terms.

I found out that reversing to a point where you didn't update the computer works, but since there's no save points according to my computer, that's impossible. I've tried reinstalling the audio drivers and restarting my computer several times to no avail. Using wireless headphones can mitigate the issue however. I feel like the most recent audio driver update is the culprit here, but i'd like to hear what others think. Please help me out here, as i can't bare listening to the sound for more than a minute or so
