hello team support
Actually I've big Problem exhausted me when bought laptop hp elitebook 840 g6 I was surprised disappear audio after one week used , I tried all method for fix the problem but with out result , please Anyone got rid of this problem tell me how ?

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142501-143000/sp142533.exe (dated Sep 13, 2022)
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
