Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I have bought my laptop 6 months ago and everything was fine until after some days, the audio of my laptop was gradually decreased. I have a B and O certification on my laptop but couldn't find it after the windows update. Earlier it was fine but now the sound is not louder and clearer. Can anybody tell me what to do. Also I have done all the troubleshoots and updated my drivers.

I see that you are facing issues.

 

Please update the drivers using HP Support Assistant. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
