I only bought my laptop in February 2020 and over the past week I've been having audio issues. When audio plays, for example on Spotify, YouTube or even via audio tests on the laptop, it starts loud like it's using all speakers, then cuts to barely audible sound.
I don't have any headphones plugged in, I've restarted multiple times, my driver is up to date and troubleshooting is saying that there's no issues. I can't listen to Spotify as it starts jumping between really load and muffled sound throughout a song.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
