Realtek HD Audio not working on HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba0xxx with Bang & Olufsen speakers after Windows 11 Update. Tried all options on HP Support Assistant, updated drivers, uninstalled Realtek HD Audio and restarted, restarted Windows audio services. None of these worked.
Noticed that if I select change system sounds, then click Playback, then select Speaker, then click properties, then select Advanced, the dialogue box hangs and becomes unresponsive.
Anyone else had the same issues and found a fix ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing this W11 Realtek audio driver works.
6.0.9205.1
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp134001-134500/sp134468.exe
The above driver is from the slightly newer 13-ba1xxx model series.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately didn't work. Very strange how it hangs when you try to change sound settings, and noticed that when you restart the sound volume is always showing 66 even though there's no audible sound.
Guess I'm stuck with Windows 10.
Thanks again for your help.
