I have the same problem. It's a shame Hp can't deal with this problem and can't treat his customers as it should. I will never buy an HP product again.

please HP just let us know if there is a solution for this problem...i restarted my laptop like 10 times and now im really upset with that crash on my audio every 20 or 30 seconds...just wanna sell this piece of crap plastic with no solutions...hope you guys can help us out.!! I did ALL kind of hacks and tweaks and nothing works..some times i put it to run for two hours but then i restart and the problem is back...any solution please...the thing is there no 2.0 usb pprts available in my laptop to check...but Wdf01000.sys i read is about USB problems..but how i gonna connect my hardware...and even is there ni hardware Larencymon seems to detect latency just hearing Youtube or some tracks on windows audio player...its hell for us like musicians to have this struggle...please help us.!

ok..i think asking on Virtual Agent is not gonna work and nobody answer in Messenger and i dont think i need to find a service center....thats all we have on the support area....we just need anwers or tips that can help to find a solution on audio latency having USB's connected...i wrote on messenger like 4 times with no answer...so how we can get this problem to engineers to find solution.??? the page you just send simply leads to more questions...where we can make a ticket for a problem??

I call HP Latino America because the case was made in Mexico I live in the border with US and i bouth my equipment in El Paso Texas gonna make a call to HP America .... but they tell me again that the problem is with Microsoft or the other software developer...man I still getting those latency spikes even with just playing a video with no USB or anything connected (i can hear everything good) but thats a hardware problem HP if you see..please provide help to your costumers and put this case with persons who can help us OUT.....thanks.!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
