Product: HP Laptop - 15s-eq0011np
Last week, there was this thunderstorm that forced my laptop to shutdown with a few "crackling" noises. This caused a few issues, namely to external devices (such as my monitor and ethernet adaptor). But most importantly, the audio on my laptop stopped working.
I tried unninstalling the driver, formatted the pc and followed the steps shown in the HP Support Assistant "Fix audio issues" option and from the Virtual agent chat, all to no avail.
Also I ran a system board check and this was the output:
Should I bring it to a repair shop or could I have missed something?
