B&O Audio Control Crash

Hi.
Yesterday i buy brand new Laptop HP-Pavilion 15-dk2054nu
Today i install windows 10 Pro N.
I install all drivers.
But wen i try to start B&O Audio Control.
The App immediately disappears (crash).
I try to delete the Audio driver.
Take new in Hp driver site.
And nothing!
Same problem.
How can i fix that problem 😞

Let me check your basic system configuration before we focus on the <sound> problem ...

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

hi again.
Before to install drivers that you take me.
Windows take me add to install windows 11.
I make that.
Then wen finish install in windows 11 i install all drivers follows all steps.
But wen i install a last driver.
B&O Audio Control just gone.
I tray to recover.But i forgot to make a Restore point.
Wen i open windows store an try to download the app.
I take a stop download error.
I make 3 screen shots:
1-swsetup
2-msinfo
3-Error in windows store
Then i make a one try to install first app that i see in store.
The app is download normal.
Then tray again B&O audio control and take same error mesage.
And i find a second problem.
Wen i tray to play video using browser firefox to watch Tiktok or different site except YouTube(All video there work normal)  Video wont start.
In IE browser all video site work normal and play immediately.
I tray everything on support in Firefox and nothing.
Ok firs let fix B&O Audio Control.Then Firefox

Hi again.
Today i reinstall windows 11 and install Fresh windows 11 because i make mistake and crash video driver because i put wrong over clock program and destroy me video driver.
Wen install fresh windows 11

The B&O Audio control is back again.
After windows 11 start normal.
Before to install Intel Driver suport asist.
I tray to run B&O.
After start i take error mesage:
-could not connect to RPC service.
Then windows start install all video drivers and i install suport asist + Nvidia Game redy driver+Nvidia Control panel.
Wen i do full driver install for video,audio.
B&O stop promp error mesage.
But after starting stay like that 15second.
And just close.
My friend buy same Laptop HP Pavilion.
And he have same problem.
B&O try to start after 15-20 seconds just close.
We install old audio driver in the laptop.
And nothing change.
Same close program.
After that today i thing to push Crash Report to B&O.
That is a Big problem for HP and Intel Users!

The solution is that there is no solution for the B&O problem.

(1) Download and install

Information: Equalizer APO

--->>> Download

(2) Adjust equalizer to best settings you like

(3) Have fun !

promp me do restart.
But before that i do this

After that i try to find desktop icon but nothing



After that i check in :C/Programs/EqualizerAPO
And




After that i check in Windows Button/all apps and




No icon for EQ dangit
