B&O missing came across this solution but the audio folder is empty. Please tell me how to resolve it.

"Open windows file explorer, select This PC, double click Local Disk C, open Program Files, open the folder Realtek, open Audio, and open HDA - near the bottom of the list, do you see an entry titled RtkNGUI64 ?  If you do have this entry, try double clicking it - does this launch the B&o guide?"

@rambostranger36 Welcome to HP Community!

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

(a) Download the following audio software (probably you already downloaded)

       https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88302.exe

(b) Uninstall Realtek High Definition driver under Sound in Device Manager

(c) Reboot machine

(d) Right-click downloaded a file and run as administrator,

(e) Reboot machine. Now I have a different icon but it works the same as before.
