Product: HP Envy x360 m Convertible 15m-ds0011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy x360 m Convertible 15m-ds0011dx, AMD Quad-Core Ryzen 5, 8GB ram, 15.6" display.

1. Laptop 1 month old and audio control panel has previously worked without any problems.

2. Window menu - clicked on "B&O audio control

3. Screen display - HP B&O settings "general, input and output. I am able to change any setting. I am not able to "Save or Delete".

4. I have been able to use VLC and Windows media players without any problems.

Troubleshooting

1. VLC media player deleted today

2. Installed Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Version 14 (I think Version 16 most current) yesterday. I did not check B&O, VLC or Windows media players prior to installation.
