Hi!

Yesterday I updated Windows and now I can't find the B&O Audio controller program, that is used to be in the control center. Why is that? Can someone help?

/Justin

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.

Windows may hide it under HP Audio Switch, please check from main Menu or from Taskbar:

Hi,

Unfortunately it's still not there. The whole ”program” is gone in some way. I made a short cut for the program, but when I click on it, it says file not existing. Could it be a driver problem? I'm on windows 10 1909 I think.

Could you provide another link? The link does not work.

It says “The requested URL /pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97110.exe was not found on this server.”

It was there last week. Please try

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98885.exe

Refards.

Thanks! I will try to download the link and follow your guide lines.

Should I mark the box that says "remove driver software" when I delete the Realtek Audio from my pc?

Thank you! 🙂

I found out that after installing the Realtek provided from you, it was called "Bang & Olufsen Audio Controller" Instead of "B&O audio controller".
