Hi @SCARYDP,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you’ve accidentally deleted the Bang & Olufsen (B&O) audio software from your Victus laptop and would like to reinstall it. Don’t worry, you can get it back by following these steps:

Steps to reinstall B&O software:

Update/Reinstall Audio Driver

Go to the official HP Support website: support.hp.com.

Enter your laptop’s product name: Victus by HP 15-fb0000.

Under Drivers & Software, download and install the latest Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

Restart your laptop after installation. This should restore the B&O Audio Control app.

Check Microsoft Store

Open the Microsoft Store app on your laptop.

Search for “Bang & Olufsen Audio Control”.

If available, download and install it directly.

HP Support Assistant

Open the HP Support Assistant application (pre-installed on your laptop).

Run a check for updates and drivers—this often reinstalls missing software including B&O.

If the software still doesn’t appear after these steps, let us know, and we’ll help you with additional recovery options.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
