Symptoms:

  • Persistent audio crackling/pops during playback (even at idle)

  • System stutters after sleep/wake cycles

  • Confirmed DPC latency spikes >16ms via LatencyMon

Key Evidence:

  1. Driver-Level Failures:

    • dxgkrnl.sys (DirectX): 16,546µs DPC latency

    • Wdf01000.sys (Kernel): 28,892µs DPC latency

  2. Firmware Triggers:

    • Issues persist in Performance Mode (CPU throttling disabled)

    • ACPI resume delays (_WAK method) cause USB/audio desync

Troubleshooting Done:

  • ✔️ Clean Windows 11 install

  • ✔️ Latest Realtek/AMD drivers

  • ✔️ Wi-Fi/Bluetooth disabled

  • ✔️ EFI Diagnostics (all hardware passed)
