Hello,

 

I would like to get some help on my HP Omen laptop. I am unable to find the Bang & Olufsen audio control software when I first got the laptop. I tried updating my drivers and software but there was no avail. Please let me know any further rectification steps. Thanks alot :generic:

Could be due to Windows 10 updates. Please download and install the latest fix:

 

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81928.exe

Hi,

 

Thanks for your help. Apparently it was just a naming issue. The software is now called Omen Audio Control. Weird because I used to see the B&O audio control icon in the taskbar tray. Cheers 🙂
