HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0700no
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

I have a hp envy x360 and I used the pre-installed Bang and Olufsen audio control to get more bass from the speakers.

Lately I am having a problem: the program doesn't really work correctly. What I mean is that for example the EQ is default (flat) again and when I change the EQ, it doesn't do anything. But the thing is, when I toggle the "audio preset" switch, it DOES change the sound some way, so it does do something.

The other thing is that I can't toggle on the microphone noise cancellation.

I have looked for everything and no solutions (that are on different forums) have helped me.

I would really appreciate the help.

Thanks

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files and check if it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi!

I checked and everything is up to date and I updated the BIOS. Still the same thing...

I posted the same problem on another forum and there's other people also having the exact same problem.

So it also may be the Bang and Olufsen audio control app itself?

Where do I find the file to reinstall the program?

I have googled it, but haven't found anything.
