Product: HP ENVY TS 17 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently reset my PC. The beats audio is not working since the reset. The main speakers above the keyboard are not functional and only a faint audio is generated from the tiny speakers at the front bottom of the laptop. I have downloaded and installed the required audio driver from the HP website but to no avail. HP Support Assistant has also not been helpful.

Hi:

 

You should be able to resolve the problem by installing this audio driver and restarting the PC.

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
