Product: HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My beats audio working very fine untill i upgarde windows 10.

From last 2 yrs i have been posting question how to get back my beats audio,

So far no one told me exactly what the solution of that.

I would highly appreciate if some one accept this challenge,

Does your speakers work? if you look in the icons usually in the bottom right of the screen do you have the beat audio icon there?  you might have to reinstall the drivers and software.  can you please provide the full model number for the laptop and i can help you locate the correct driver for reinstalling the software and driver.
