I am working in an software firm .
We ordered 5 :
HP EliteBook 855 G8 Notebook PC
Ryzen 7 pro
After upgrading those notebooks to Windows 11, we experienced a couple of bluescreens and the audio gone. When I analyzed the DUMP file I found that the Audio driver might be involved.
I try updating it. Uninstall then Install it back. The audio would work for a couple of hours then start again, Reinstall the PC from zero, etc. The same thing is happening afterwards. No audio and more blue screens.
Wondering if there's a known problem with those model of notebook that runs on Windows 11.
If needed I can copy/paste the infos I found in the DUMP file.
