I did this method when i faced this issue. You can disable hands free mode and keep only stereo enabled. You will find this option in sound under control panel.

Hi @DEEAK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you are experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues on your HP device when using audio features in Windows 11. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Troubleshooting Steps:

Update Bluetooth and Audio Drivers:

  • Visit the Official HP® Support and navigate to the "Software and Driver Downloads" section.

  • Enter your device model number and operating system to find the latest drivers.

  • Download and install the most recent Bluetooth and audio drivers compatible with your specific model.

Check Bluetooth Settings:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure that Bluetooth is toggled on.

  • Remove and re-pair the Bluetooth device. Click on the device and select "Remove", then re-add it.

Adjust Power Settings:

  • Navigate to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.

  • Click on "Change plan settings" next to your selected plan, then "Change advanced power settings".

  • Under “Wireless Adapter Settings,” ensure both “On battery” and “Plugged in” are set to “Maximum Performance”.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure your Windows 11 system is fully updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Use the Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

  • Find and run the Bluetooth and Playing Audio troubleshooters to detect and fix issues.

Reset Bluetooth:

  • Disable and then enable the Bluetooth device in Device Manager. Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter, choose "Disable device", wait a moment, then right-click and select "Enable device".

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
