I have an Omen Hp Laptop and around like February of this year, I have audio crackling and a weird connection with my Bluetooth JLab headphones is connected but I cannot hear or no sound. The sound is coming to the speaker and not the headset/headphones, not really sure what happened or what I updated. But I tried too many solutions on Youtube and HP Community with this issue and nothing happened. Even If you ask me a solution about playback tab in sound settings, I cannot click "Set the Default Device", just won't let me. Even troubleshooting it, Windows Update, Device Manager and more solutions from anyone. Just doesn't work and doesn't want to connect property.
With the Sound/Audio Crackling, I'm sure I fix it from a HP Community post explaining it.

You have to allow it as OUTPUT Device as shown

When I do put my headphones to the output settings, all it does is disappear and went to speaker. It doesn't want to go to headphones, every time when I put headphones in output settings, it will disappear and select speakers.
