Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754G1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Have this issue on NEW laptop since 1-2025.
Sound works for a day odr so, then drops out- reboot, comes back usually.
Have uninstalled, reinstalled ALL sound-related devices and drivers with Tech support from COSTCO, MS, HP.
Did an .ISO overwrite of windows11 from MS...no effect.
HP wants me to uninstall ALL programs and data and OS, format the drive and then reinstall ALL again with fingers crossed. Hours of work, following the 20 hours of work so far. If ineffective, then do this AGAIN and send to HP for "repair".
I have seen posts where w11 is reinstalled without results.
I am very frustrated with this BS.
Why is there no FIX for this KNOWN, UBIQUETOUS ISSUE?
