- Can I not get onsite service after my warranty has run out

I've been to the showroom where it was confirmed there was a connection problem but I've been trying to contact an agent to ask for onsite service but now the option does not show up and when I contact them on whatsapp, no response is given

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook needs to be serviced for connectivity issues as it was diagnosed by the store. HP does offer out warranty services options for their products.
