Hello,

 

I can't install Bang & Olufsen control panel. I tried installing audio drivers from HP website and from windows. Both didn't install Bang & Olufsen control panel.

 

Please provide me with the suitable drivers or a proper solution.

I installed an older version of the audio driver from HP website. Then i went to device manager, disabled the driver and then updated it using "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer", then i chose the driver from the box. After updating i found the Band & Olufsen GUI.

Yay.!  That worked on my phoenix 860-010 desktop system as well.

In future, I will not allow hp Support Assistant to mess with my sound again. It's broken it each time it does anything to it.
