Hello,
When I change the volume, whether at 2 or 100 the volume is the exact same. I can only mute it (at 0). I have tried many different things such as the windows troubleshooter, device manager disabling/uninstalling. None of these work. I have tried different applications to make sure it wasn't an isolated issue such as Youtube, Netflix and games.
I have seen that I should download drivers from HP's website but it always says, "HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." I have tried accessing it across multiple days and have changed browsers.
I would like more ways to try fix this issue.
Thanks,

I have fixed this issue by:
Going into device manager and uninstalling all drivers in the sound, video and game controllers section and in the audio input and output section with "attempt to remove driver" ticked. Then I went to HP support assistant and ran the fix audio issue diagnostic. This then installed drivers which fixed my problem.

Hi,
I have tried to install both the bios update and the audio driver but they both do not install. I go to the SWSetup folder and click Biosinstaller (bios one) and the HPUP (audio one). Nothing happens, I click them with administrator
