HP Recommended

I cannot get the microphone to work with Zoom or Skype. The drivers are all up to date. Can anyone suggest a fix?

I am on a Pavillion x360 circa 18 months old

Hi I have a HP Pavilion x360 laptop and I am having trouble with my microphone. i can hear on my computer but no one can hear me. I have tried every thing  I was told to do but nothing works.
