Hi together!
HP Service-Center asks me to install Conexant HD Audio Driver.
I tried to install it via assistent on WIN10 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909 and 2004.
But the installation never was successful. See screenshots.
Whar can I do?
Is it necessary to install it?

which version is already installed?
Look at the drivers page for test the first !

Or You have other versions
If you have an older version, try one right after
For example, if you don't have this version yet:
Conexant HD Audio Driver - Coffee Lake | 12.43.1.134 Rev.Q | 464.5 MB | Jul 15, 2020 | Download |
To install it, right click on the downloaded file, install as administrator
to answer the question, no, if your computer, has no audio problem, it may not matter much
