Hello,
Once the volume reaches above 24 on my HP Pavilion x360 laptop you can hear a crackling noise coming from the speakers. I have completed the audio checks on the HP website, however, this says that there are no problems. Any help would be appreciated!

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps Audio issue
To resolve this issue, download and install the SoftPaq or update the audio driver in Device Manager.
Option 1: Download and install the SoftPaq to update the audio driver:
Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
Option 2: Update the audio driver in Device Manager
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Sound video and game controllers.
- Right-click on Realtek Audio Device.
- Select Update Driver Software.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the driver.
