I am hearing repeated crackling/popping noises and very quiet sound coming from my Bang & Olufsen speakers on my HP Laptop (I have provided the product name and number below). This is really causing me a lot of problems and I request anyone's kind help on how I can go about fixing this problem.
Product name: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0008ca
Product number: 4BQ06UA#ABL
Thank you in advance.

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107674.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.

When I try to install this driver, it gives me an error message saying: "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19043).
What should I do now?
Thank you in advance.
