Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Earlier today I had trouble playing back video, after a system restart, a small "x" appears on the windows taskbar in front of the speaker icon. When hovering over it, it displays the message, "No speakers or headphones are plugged in." After this, I updated all my drivers as instructed by the HP support assistant and updated the BIOS to no avail. Windows 10 has been updated to the most recent version as well. Bluetooth audio still works. I believe this is a hardware issue but I would like to completely rule out the possibility of this being a software problem before taking it to a support center. Any ideas on a fix?
