Hello Ptn4

Unfortunately, HP has not released any drivers for the HP G60-634ca Notebook computer running Windows 8 nor Windows 8.1. This makes it difficult to locate any drivers that will work with your specific hardware. The only known supported operating system for your computer listed on the HP G60-634CA Notebook PC Drivers page is Windows 7 64-bit. My recommendation is if you require the issues you are describing to be resolved is to restore your Windows 7 until a new set of drivers have been released. This is not a promise that they will be but you can keep checking back to see.

I hope this helps you with your issue. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

I also have the same problem with my HP Pavillion running Windows 8.1. I think I have this problem since the upgrade to 8.1

I tried the clean boot option, didn't work. I think it's a video/sound driver problem.

It's not only with streaming videos, but also with normal videos from my hard drive playing in different media players.

Details of the notebook are:

Windows 8.1 64 bits

Productnaam: HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC

Productnummer: C0X06EA#ABH

I have this problem too. Can you advise what I do after performing a clean boot that fixes the problem. Thanks.

I had the same problem & the solution here didn't work for me but updating the audio driver did it.

My  laptop speed for everything else improved too!
