It took a bit to find that specific driver but nope it didn't work. Thanks

First let me say thank you for your help. I don't respond right away as I'm in the process of moving. I'll be doing the van life for a bit while looking for the new home and often won't have cell service.

But now back to the point. Don't know if this is pertinent but what folder should the driver go. It usually downloads to my downloads folder first. However I have found another folder under windows titled ThisPC>Windows>SWSetup and it has subfolders listing various different drivers I've download. Could that be part of the problem? I did disable the Cirrus Logic driver but didn't delete. Any help is appreciated. I will be checking in later today. Thanks again

That swsetup folder will have the drivers.

At the device manager, when you try to update the driver, select browse and find that folder and let the device manager update from that folder.
