My ENVY x360 is having audio issues while recording voice in microphone.

 

The voice quality is very bad while recording the audio using internal microphone. Looks like there is background noise always, and the it appears to be as I was talking from distance from mic although I am talking right on top of laptop. 

 

I connected external microphone, and I can notice the voice quality is bit improved but it is also mixing constant hissing/static noise. Definitely no issue with the external microphone which is perfectly working in another Pavilion laptop. 

 

I tried all the troubleshooting which was recommended in the web, but the issue not resolved. Please help to resolve this.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
