Hi, My laptop has B&O sound. On the quick launch icon there was setting option under HP Audio Switch.
But after recent update setting option is missing and I am not able to set equalizer settings.
Kindly help.

If yes, please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105738.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.

One more question, i was trying to look the solution online, and found one solution to reinstall the driver form c:\SWSetup\SP******\UWP (in my case the setup is SP105738) containing file (.appxbundle) file.
I did the same, but my issue not resolved.
i also opened B&O Audio Control on my laptop. Equalizers were absent from there too, as in the screenshot :-
And the below one i found on internet that is showing equalizer.
My question is, why, if I was able to use this option in past and now after windows update I am not able to use the same?
Kindly help.
