Product: HP Pavilion x360 convertible

Hi, can I please have help Ive tried everything. My HP Pavilion x360 convertible14-cd0522sa sound/audio is not working at all when I run a troubleshoot it gives me this message: Generic audio driver detected. Ive tried uninstalling the drivers and everything that has been suggested to fix this but nothing works. Thanks.
