Probook 4540s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Probook Notebook 4540s with SRS Sound card
After I format it to windows 10 x64 I updated all the drivers but the sound card is not found.

In BIOS settings it is allowed. After I allowed it the bios boot slowly in the first screen with HP Logo.
I have tried to install Kali Linux but the same problem appear no sound card
I wish to have any reply to fix my laptop problem because I am a student and I need it too much for my online lessons.
Kind Regards

Thanks Mr. Banhien
I have the same problem.

It has not been solved

it is not compatible and nothing changed
I have tried to install Kali linux and the same problem

I think the problem is from the Mother Board but I cannot be sure from the source of the problem
