HP ENVY 13-ba0004nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I uninstalled the newest Realtek audio driver from device manager because it was corrupted, so as per usual I rebooted my laptop so that windows will automatically install the original audio driver, but for some reason that is not happening.

I downloaded the audio driver from the HP website but when I try to install it (even running it as admin)  it says access denied.

Someone, please help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues installing the audio driver on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the version of Windows you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install the driver from the below link and check if it helps.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110359.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
