Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I turn on my laptop the sound usually works. If I close the lid for awhile or do a restart the sound will stop working. I have tried everything from drivers, remove and reinstall. Some times I can get it to work again if I power off and wait awhile and then turn it on it will sometimes work until the next lid closure or restart. The last time it stopped working I plugged in a headset and the sound is coming thru just fine. I unlplug the headset and no sound from the speakers. Windows 10

I just installed it. Hopefully it will correct the situation. The sound is intermittent. It will work and then if I close the lid or restart it will stop so we'll see.

Now I just need my touchpad fixed. It is doing the same thing. If I go into device manager and remove it it will work until I close the lid or restart and then it will usually stop working. It was working but when I just turned my computer on to install the file you sent me the touchpad no longer worked.
