Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My audio drivers were working perfectly until I had the windows 10 update and now the sound comes through my speakers and my headphones at the same time plus the sound only comes through the left ear cup on my headphones,I tried uninstalling the audio drivers and installing the drivers and still nothing.

I am a bit confused by your post.

 

Are you running W7 or W10?

 

If you are running W10, see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.

If that didn't work, then I suggest you go back to W7, since your notebook is not supported by HP for W10.
